Katie and I cruised up to the Rosebowl this last Saturday, to watch our Alma Mater get spanked by UCLA. Just being there in itself was an experience, when you contemplate all the history of that stadium (I mean the Scott Giles played there what 3 times ?). Another thing I thought was really cool, is that the stadium was built smack dab in the middle of two huge golf courses. There isn't a parking lot around the stadium, so they let everyone park on these golf courses. Makes the tailgate scene pretty sweet. It would have been the perfect day if the Utes would have bothered showing up.
